Our Process

A transparent, step-by-step journey from your first call to the final reveal.

01

Initial Contact & Discovery

Day 1

Your journey begins the moment you call or submit a request. We listen carefully to understand your vision, goals, and timeline. This first conversation is completely free and pressure-free β€” we are here to answer questions and help you think through your project.

Free initial phone or in-person consultation
Discussion of your vision, style preferences, and must-haves
Preliminary scope assessment
Scheduling of the in-home visit
What to expect:You will hear back from us within one business day of your inquiry.
02

In-Home Assessment & Design

Week 1–2

Saul visits your home to take precise measurements, assess the existing conditions, and walk through your ideas in detail. We discuss material options, layout possibilities, and realistic expectations for your budget. This is where your vision begins to take shape.

Comprehensive in-home measurement and inspection
Material and finish selection guidance
Layout and design recommendations
Identification of any structural or code considerations
What to expect:Within 3–5 business days of the visit, you will receive a detailed written estimate.
03

Proposal & Contract

Week 2–3

We provide a transparent, itemized written proposal β€” no hidden fees, no vague line items. Every material, labor cost, and timeline milestone is clearly documented. Once you are satisfied with the scope and pricing, we sign a formal contract that protects both parties.

Itemized written estimate with material and labor breakdown
Clear payment schedule (typically 3 milestones)
Signed contract with project start and completion dates
Permit applications filed where required
What to expect:We never start work without a signed contract. Your deposit is held until work begins.
04

Pre-Construction Planning

Week 3–4

Before a single tool is picked up, we order all materials, confirm delivery schedules, and coordinate our subcontractors. We communicate a detailed project schedule so you know exactly when each phase begins and ends. Your home is prepared and protected before demolition starts.

All materials ordered and delivery confirmed
Subcontractor scheduling and coordination
Detailed project timeline shared with homeowner
Protective coverings installed in work areas
What to expect:You will receive a written project schedule with daily milestones before work begins.
05

06

Final Walkthrough & Handover

Final Day

We do not consider a job complete until you are completely satisfied. The final walkthrough is your opportunity to inspect every detail β€” we address any touch-ups or adjustments on the spot. We clean the space thoroughly, remove all debris, and hand over your beautifully renovated home.

Comprehensive final inspection with homeowner
All punch-list items addressed before final payment
Full cleanup and debris removal
1-year warranty on all labor
What to expect:Final payment is only due after you have signed off on the completed work.
